Employees Pension Plan of L M Berry & Co
My name is Randy Stiver. I am a former employee of L M Berry and Co. I recently started receiving social security and received a letter from them stating that I may be entitled to a monthly pension payment due to my work employment at L M Berry. The letter noted the year reported was 1993, the last year of my employment at L M Berry. The name of the pension plan was "Employee Pension Plan of L M Berry & Co. I'm trying to contact the plan administrator of this plan to ascertain information regarding this potential pension plan payment. I discussed this with a former employee and they indicated that Legacy is probably administering this plan. I would appreciate any information you can provide and/or point me to the individual who can help me. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

L M Berry was part of Bellsouth. I'm being told AT&T took over all Legacy Pension Plans from L M Berry.

@Constructive it was a Yellow Pages Ad Sales Company, was owned by BellSouth, so would have been part of the buy up.
@randystiver this is a consumer forum. It is not really a place for employees/retirees to go for information. You should pursue whatever HR contacts you have for AT&T. You could start here, maybe:

The Berry Company was sold to Bell South in 1986.
Bell South was sold to SBC (ATT) in 2007.
As the company was primary directories.
ATT sold its directory business in 2012.

Thus who to contact? ATT Legacy or the Cerberus Capital
