Disappointed...1)AT&T 3rd party burying agent ruined my front yard, 2) Contacted AT&T for help, Risk department not answering...

Wonderful memory with AT&T with my first house which is 2 months old...

1) 6/29/2022

- AT&T's 3rd party burying agents came to bury the wire and this is what they did

And they left like this
2) And I found this today.. 7/31/2022. A cut water line...
The risk department is not answering the phone call and not letting me schedule the call back for any time tomorrow.
Is there any way I can get the email address of the Risk department if they don't answer the phone call?
I want AT&T to fix that water line and my front yard landscape ASAP.

there is no email

AT&T claims are handled through Sedgwick, their claims administrator.

If you need to file a new claim, have the following information available:

  • Location – The physical address or GPS coordinates for the location where damage occurred.
  • Photos – Include close-ups and wide views of the area damaged. If possible, include photos of the person, vehicle, or equipment that caused the damage. Photos can be from cameras, cell phones, or other devices.

Once you have the information together, call the Sedgwick Claim Center at 1-800-246-8464, 8am - 4:30pm CST

Once the administrator receives the information, they will assign it to a claims examiner. The examiner will generally contact you within 3-5 business days to discuss the report and get additional information.

You'll notice in the link provided by @Constructive the process has recently changed, you now call in the report to customer service and once they give you the claim number you get status from the number listed by Constructive. The link isn't clear about the second part.
