Damage to my property

more than a year ago damages to my property ninstalling a fiber optic nobody has been responsable and about to get a lawyer last thing I call at and t and told me they couldn’t speak to me because there was a claim with Sedgwick I try many of their phone numbers with no luck if somebody can help me finding this number or with who to talk this has been the worst experience my bathrooms don’t work I have to dig s hold in the back yard to probe the damage and still there

Fix the damage and submit the receipts to Sedgwick I can’t believe you haven’t fixed it in a year.

I don’t have the money my floors downstairs were flooded for all the water that came from the toilet es TNG came they were super nice and they told my friend how to repair the broken   Pipe but my downstairs master bathroom floor it’s ruin the shower floor was flooded with poop I had to destroy all that bathroom adjusters came but end up being the other subcontractors and they told me it wasn’t them I contact nn underground they told me they file the claim and that somebody was going to call me and nobody has done it I didn’t know about Sedgwick until somebody from at and t mentioned but I don’t even had their number I try several numbers and none of them was the right one if somebody has a number please let me know , thank you

Once a claim is turned over to Sedgwick, you have to deal with Sedgwick. 

Not unlike if you have a car accident.  Once the insurance company takes over, you deal with the insurance company. 

Edit:  All insurance claims against AT&T are handled by Sedgwick. Please call them at 855-365-4976, 8am - 4:30pm CST.

This is so ridiculous. AT&T does the damage and then turns it over to an insurance company that will not even return calls or emails. I will probably have to get the insurance commissioner/ better business bureau involved. This is just not acceptable.
