Constant Drilling/Machine Drumming Noises in my area
Does AT&T have a large project to install fiber optics near the town of El Dorado, CA going south of Hwy 49? If you do, you need to comply with the noise ordinance chapter 130.37 Section 130.37.060 and stop your machinery/drilling from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. The constant drumming noise is a public nuisance. I can feel the relentless vibration and hear the drumming 24/7 without stopping. This has been going on for the last 6+ months and I am about to lodge a formal complaint. I just thought I would give AT&T a heads up, if this is your noise.

In addition... going south on Hwy 49 towards the town of Plymouth on the West side of Hwy 49 or somewhere off Pleasant Valley Road. We live in a area surrounded by rolling hills, so the sound could be bouncing and amplifying from a surrounding area.

Have you reported this to the proper authorities such as the city or county? If someone is breaking a law, you should report it.
