complaint dept.
i need a phone # and or email to ATT complaint department. They are telling me that they do not have a complaint dept. Every company has a complaint dept. They just don't want me to use it. Please any help with this would be very appreciated! thank you

They do not have a complaint department.
File a complaint with the BBB and/or the FCC.

Please use the three dots to the right of your post and EDIT out your personal information. This is a public customer only forum, not AT&T Support. Posting personal information leaves yourself wide open to scammer/spammers/phishers to use your information.
As far as lodging a complaint, you need to call Support for whichever service you are complaining about and work with them. There is no General Complaint Department.
If you can't get your issue resolved, what ever it is, you can always file a complaint with the BBB.
