Cant set up services at my new residence due to system trying to make me pay someone else’s bill.
I have lived at my current residence over 10 years. I am currently moving to a new home and I need to set up DIRECTV there. I applied to set up the service and it pulled up some random wireless digital life account. The account number was given to an associate when I called a center, who therefore told me that the Social Security does not match mine, nor it doesn’t match my date of birth the person only has the same name as me, but the middle name is different so I don’t understand why their system is pulling up somebody else’s information when I’m inputting my date of birth and my Social Security number it shouldn’t be pulling up anybody else’s info unless they’ve use the same social or the date of birth I also noticed that the new home that I am moving to the three numbers on the address number only according to the associate, she mentioned that this person has the same address number, but not the same street. It’s 15 minutes away from where I’m moving to and I’ve never lived at that new house. I’m barely moving there, so I have no idea why the system would do that.
