Cannot reset AT&T careers password

I applied to an AT&T careers job almost a month ago through the careers website. I made it all the way to the virtual training and since then haven’t received any emails. My main problem is that I’ve tried to log in to my account but can’t because I’ve forgot my password. I’ve tried sending an email to reset my password for almost two weeks now and it still won’t work. The weirdest part is that I’ve been able to receive an email about resetting my username, that works fine. I’ve checked my spam and email multiple times and have yet to receive any help to reset the careers password. I really need the help because I fear I’ve lost a job opportunity that I could’ve gotten otherwise.
