AT&T Thanks benefits level

I am currently at the "blue" level in the AT&T Thanks program. I have an unlimited plan with 3 lines, DirecTV with the premier package, etc.

I can't find the requirements for the different levels right now but I think I qualify for the "platinum" level. I have chatted, emailed and called about this several times. I've been told repeatedly it would be taken care of. 

I have been waiting for at least 3 years and it still isn't fixed. I don't even know what is available at the platinum level but I send AT&T and DirecTV enough money that I want all the benefits, promotions and discounts I'm entitled to.
