ATT Laying new fiber ruined my yard

ATT laid new fiber along my street and completely destroyed my yard. Not just the right-of-way, but the yard as well. Their equipment cut through my yard leaving deep tracks. They dug out a section along the yard and right-of-way about 12'x30' and left the backfill about as rough as a freshly tilled field and full of rocks.

Anyone have suggestions on how to get hold of someone at ATT to at least try to remedy the problem?
