ATT Community Forums, should have customer service forum. This would be beneficial for all the poor souls who have spent countless hours trying to get help through the right department without any success.

It would probably devolve into one giant, nasty mess with no real resolutions to the many different kinds of issues. I have Xfinity and their customer service forum is mostly for internet-related issues. They just don't have the product offerings that AT&T has that necessitates individual forums.

Prepaid for a year on the $300 plan. Paid it on March,2023 had an option to sign up for the ACP. Got approved September 13, 2023. Benefits went into effect that day but my plan doesn’t expire till March 2024. Called for a refund for the remaining months I didn’t use and was not treated with respect by a couple representatives. Was told I couldn’t get a refund for the months I didn’t use because my plan has changed due to me applying for ACP. I am truly disappointed with AT&T have been there for years to be treated this way.

Well I wish I'd seen this 4 weeks ago. Why on earth would you buy the $300 plan when the government will only pay $30 every 30 days?
You should have bought the $30 plan. You would have had to pay for the first month and then ACP would pick up each month after that. Instead you bought a plan you had to prepay $300 for. So what exactly is ACP going to pay? Nothing.
