Access to AT&T Project One portal

I am having trouble getting help resetting my AT&T Project One password.  My username is valid, but when I ask to reset my password it says that I need to enter a PIN, which I can't recall after 3 years.  Can someone provide contact information to reach a human who can help me.  AT&T Project One is part of the IoT Solutions Group, but I cannot find a person there to help me, or even a contact #.  Thank you -
