Filing a BBB complaint
I plan on cancelling my digital life service and filing a BBB complaint by the end if today if I am not contacted immediately to resolve my issue. I have not had access to my services since Sept and my balance has been waived (rightfully so) until now, when a manager "Cary" told me she can't help me, but she would be "just as concerned". Save me the call center language and help. Please contact me ASAP, or give me the number to corporate so a REAL manager or director can help.

DL has the worst customer service out of the entire AT&T company. Their reps lack serious training and are limited to their scripts. My 2 year contract doesn’t end till 04/2018 but I’ll try everything to cancel now. [Edited to comply with Guidelines]

@FedupwithDL I am sorry to hear you had a poor experience with our Customer Care Specialist. I don't think they are accredited and they truly do not care about customer satisfaction. I am floored with the con man routine they are allowed to get away with. I will be trying to file A bbb complaint about ATT and fully expect to get nowhere but its worth a try. I urge everyone to try as well. This kind of lying to people just should not be allowed or legal. Its deceptive and bait and switch. You could try here

Digitalife is JUNK! I’m filing a complaint with the BBB and a lawsuit!!! I’ve been ripped off paying $59.00 every month for 4 years! The equipment is old & outdated! The camera couldn’t spot a flea! Try to cancel and they’ll disconnect you!

I just realized that ATT has been charging me for 19 months an additional at the rate of $68 a month for a total of $1292. For a line that I have never used. Their rationale is that because I was not due for a new phone that line was added to the plan. What kind of explanation is that. I will sue ATT to give me back my money. If you owe them $1 they will not hesitate to terminate your line or report you to a credit bureau. This is insane.
