utility pole equipment move

ComED installed a new utility pole in the alley and AT&T needs to move their equipment to the new pole (currently attached to a remaining section of the old pole). How can I help facilitate this happening? Thanks!

Follow the instructions in this link for down or obstructed lines.

I am having a pool installed and permit folks say I need landline moved to be at least 25 feet away. I need help. Spent 1.5 hours on phone this afternoon and NOT resolved.

FRUSTRATED.

Did you follow the instructions in the link supplied in this topic?  Is this a buried or aerial line?  If aerial why would it need to be 25 feet away?

Use the same link already supplied in this topic.  Don't know ComED from a bucket so have no idea what service they provide, but if they own the pole they contact all suppliers that are attached to it.
