No Signal - No Known Way To Contact AT&T By Phone
I have two primary questions. Please, only respond if you're informed about these sort of things:
1. Our home is in Seattle, WA, and we were wondering, since AT&T is Texas-based, if whether or not the recent hurricanes there and in immediately surrounding areas are impacting our not getting a signal (NO SERVICE);
2. When we attempt to use the "Contact Us" option, all we get are phone numbers. We'd really like to communicate with AT&T CSR about this online since we're not able to call. How do we connect with AT&T CSR direct online?
