Need help getting a telephone pole moved

Hello,

We put in a request to get a telephone pole moved back in February and we have not heard anything back. I have an Intent Number that the joint pole desk gave us. It's been over a month. We are at a standstill in the construction of our home because of this issue. Who can I call to get help in this matter!? Every number I call sends me somewhere else.

You say the joint pole desk gave you a case number. Who owns the pole?

Than that's who you should contact and they should contact the joint users.
