Where do you set up and manage Call Protect for Digital Phone
Two calls to AT&T Customer Service and 4 people contacted via Chat, all completely useless at answering a simple question: Where do I go online to set up Call Protect on AT&T Home (Digital) Phone? Everywhere online it points me to this link, but the steps don't work.
https://www.att.com/support/article/u-verse-voice/KM1235421/
There is no "My Digital Phone" section in the MyAT&T Account Overview any longer and there is no option to "Check or manage voicemail & features." If I click on My Home Phone there's no options like this in there.
Where is it?

There should be a selection for phone features under your MyATT account. This link is probably what you've followed looks like it's under the voicemail features.

Let's get you protected, @eydieg!
Just as our ACE @spoom2 mentioned, it will be under the voicemail features.
Let us know if you are able to locate it!

Where is the voicemail setting you are referring to? It's not on my screen. I see Manage My Internet, Manage My Phone, and a Manage button for cell phone. If I click Manage My Phone, there is no voicemail option that can be selected. It's just a bunch of support links. Please tell me the exact options to select to get there. The link I sent and that spoom2 sent doesn't work because those options aren't showing up for me.

Thank you for that information, @eydieg!
We recommend that you uninstall and reinstall the app as this can correct any issues that is causing the selection to not appear.
If after that you are still unable to sign up, please contact our support team at 800.288.2020 for further assitance.
Let us know if you have any other questions!

There is no app to uninstall. I am accessing via the att.com web site.
I keep getting the runaround because no one can answer a simple question. Chat says to call the 800 number. I call the 800 number and waste literally hours and don't get an answer. So I come here and am told to call the 800 number. Why does no one at ATT know the answer to a simple question of where to find settings?

Let us help with getting you to the right section eydieg.
It looks like you're not going to account overview when your logged in. Try following these steps as provided on the article to get to the correct section. Make sure that you're using the correct browser to access site correctly as stated in article.
Quick tip: Using Internet Explorer to access the site? Make sure you have IE 11. If not, upgrade so you can enjoy Call Protect. Or, if you want to deactivate Call Protect, select Turn off Call Protect. Keep in mind, turning it off deletes your call log.
Please let us know what happens.

I followed the link you sent and it takes me to the same Account Overview page I have visited before. But again, there is no "My Digital Phone" section on the page. I have tried this in three browsers - Edge, Brave, Firefox - and it's NOT there. Can someone please try this on their own instead of sending me the same instructions that don't work over and over again? There is a "My Home Phone" option but when I select that, there is no "Check or manage voicemail & features" option. There is nothing that resembles it. There is a phone features area that has these options:
Assign phone features to other phone numbers
Learn how to set features with star codes
Watch a video about phone features
Other than that, it's just a bunch of links to support topics, an option to Change Plan, and an option to see a usage summary.

Thank you for trying the support options we have supplied, eydieg.
We are going to take this in a different direction. Moving forward, we are going to moving you to a Direct Message. You will notice a chat icon next to a bell icon at the top of the page on the right- hand side. Our next message to you will appear there.
In the meantime, please gather your account information together. Do not post it here. We will ask for it again, in the Direct Message.
Looking forward to resolving the Digital Home Phone Call Protect matter.
