Voicemail CANNOT be played in a browser

So as of 2/242022, I am *STILL* having the same problem as many people have had for YEARS NOW. The site with the issue is at the site ATT.COM, Manage Home Phone, Listen to Voicemails. When I click PLAY beside a voicemail message, it says I need to load Quicktime, and it send me to an Apple site. There you have to search for a Quickload download. I found QT 7.7.9. It says if you only need the Legacy Plugin, you can load it. I load the Quicktime plugin, but the voicemails still do not play at the ATT Site. At the Apple site, it states that Quicktime only supports Windows 7. and may not work with other versions of Window.  We are at Windows 10.

The ATT web site needs to be fixed to play the voice mail messages.  IT IS UNBELIEVEABLE that you have not addressed this issue for SO, SO, SO, SO LONG.  Literally no one on planet earth uses QuickTime for playback.  (Edited per community guidelines), apple doesn't even support it anymore

PLEASE MAKE THIS WORK.  IT IS JUST PURE LAZINESS ON YOUR PART FOR IGNORING THIS ISSUE FOR YEARS

This is a user forum not, not AT&T support. We have no access or control over AT&T's websites to repair issues. Your only resort is tech support. You can escalated to a customer care executive by filling out the form.

just went on to listen to voicemails. still in QuickTime. What is up with that. agree with everything above. unbelievable with the security issues and no support for QT, that they are still using it. I was able to download one at a time, a .WAV file. but that is a lame patch. I bet the existing voicemails wouldn't be reformatted, but going forward they could fix that page. It has all the earmarks of old programming, including the interface. It looks like it was plugged into that page.
