I found it! if you are finding your time stamp incorrect every time a call comes in, check your gateway settings. Especially in the date and time. Verify it is correct. I found my solution when I cound not access my gateway. The ip address to my system summary was unavailable, "can't open web page". I had to cold boot the gateway and wait for it to reset. then I could access my gateway and verify time. I then called myself and my time stamp is now correct.

@BirdMCB If Uvoice time stamp, contact ATT Uverse Care on the link in my signature.
Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your Uverse service problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time (also around on weekends), response may take up to 2 business days.
This is not the regular CS/TS phone people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done. I personally know as they've helped me on a DVR swap.
Include your account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on. Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply.
They suppossedly can fix this. Good luck 😉

My Date & Time Stamp were correct for quite a while and now they show Eastern Time Zone. I am Central time (Zip 37334). A member corrected it last time. It is not my phone system , just the ISP changed something . Do not know what they did but need it again. My AT&T acct # *****, user name *****, Perhaps since my speed was increased to 18Mbs was event that triggered this. My regular e-mail address is *****. Ph # ***** after 9:00AM Central time . Please help correct this situation.
