Uverse Home phone voicemail problem
On my home base phone with Uverse
I received a voicemail After pressing 1 to receive the message; that did not leave any message just a beep.

I cannot delete this message
by pressing 7. reply is that is not a valid number.
I did unplug the base phone for several minutes. Hoping it would reset and be ok. However that did not work and the problem is still there.
how can i rectify this problem?

If this is phone company voicemail it doesn't do any good to unplug your phone, which I assume it is since you said pressing 7 doesn't delete it. Have you tried accessing your phone company voicemail through the phone features in your Myatt account?
