Hi, @Hcjenkins.

Thank you to @spoom2 for the useful information.

As he stated, you can check to see if you phone has the option for the time being set by the Caller ID. You can also try rebooting your gateway, because this will refresh the connection with the phone.

Try this and let us know if this helps.

So it seem you have digital service that is served by a server in a different time zone from yours.  All you can do is report this to the phone company or if you have the ability to turn off the time being set by the CID information.  You change the base unit, but the handsets are still getting their information from the next phone call.

Hi, @Hcjenkins, we're happy to help with your phone's time zone issue.

Did you try @spoom2's suggestion of turning off the time set by the caller ID?

Let us know how it went so we can determine what your next step should be.

We'll be awaiting your response.

@Hcjenkins Not the CID, turn off the time being set by the CID, if your phone has that option.
