No Caller ID

Our Business's Outbound Caller ID is not working! We have been trying for 3 weeks now to have it fixed and we just keep getting bounced around and around. How do we get the caller ID to show up on our customers and employees phones?

I'm assuming you have digital service and have turned outbound caller ID off. You can go into the phone features on your account and turn it back on, unless business service it different than residential.

I'm going to add if you have multiple lines and only want your main number displayed you'll probably need to contact customer service for business lines.

Yes we want the one number to show up for multiple lines and we have been in contact with customer service for 3 weeks now and have had our personal tech come out and go over the system. We think At&t doesn't know why that is why they keep bouncing us around so much. Also, We have had no issue with the caller ID for 6 years until 3 weeks ago.
