Is the ipad on AT&T stolen list

Hi there,

I just buy a new iPad, and suspect it is on AT&T stolen list. I want to get some official confirmation and evidence about if it is on the stolen list.

If it is really on the blacklist, I need to return it to the seller and get refund.

Is anyone know what I should do to get some official confirmation?

BTW, I am not in the USA, and don't have an AT&T account.
