Are you referring to Closed Captioning or do you want to connect your iPad to a landline to see your calls? If so, I'd give Apple a call, it's their device.

Android doesn't make an iPad. Android makes a tablet which is different altogether.

Huh? iPad is the trademarked name for Apple's tablet. Android has a different name and both use entirely different OS's. "Word definition" is very important as that helps us to know what hardware and OS you are using. It helps to know because one may be able to do what you want and the other one might not. If you've got an Android tablet, then I'd Google to see if there is a way to use an Android tablet with the closed captioning option of a landline. My guess is that the landline would need to have BT capability or an open port that is compatible with whatever open ports the Android tablet has.
