Cannot identify backspace key
Added a contact name to the directory. Under Name the number shows up. How do I delete the numbers so I can add names?

- What is the make and model of your wireless home phone?
- When did you start having this issue?
We're asking because we want to provide you with a precise solution for your device.
In the meantime, we recommend that use our device support tool to help with deleting your numbers.
Select your make and model of the wireless home phone, then scroll to the "Contacts section" and click the corresponding drop-down that best fits your issue.
To edit or delete a contact, from the Contacts page, scroll to then tap the desired contact. To delete, press the Menu key. Tap Delete. Tap OK.
