Anybody know how to enable hunt group/rollover/ring group on this device? I've already had my phone provider install the rollover lines in my business yet phone calls are still hung up on main voice line and not rolling over like it should. Missing alot of calls since they are not rolling over when main line is busy.

That is not a feature of the phone, it a feature provided by your carrier.  They should ring the main line if it's not busy.  Also, for a little side humor, dog's rollover phone lines hunt.

@spoom2 Thank you for the response. Now my phone provider has installed the rollover lines feature and tied them to our main voice line is how they said it worked. Yet, I am still receiving calls come in on main line while it is busy and it doesn't seem to be rolling over to other handsets in our business. Thats the only reason why I wondered if something had to be enabled on actual phone system to handle the hunt group. Do I need to bring another rj11 jack into the back of the phone? First time setting something up like this.

If they built a hunt group with multiple lines than yes you need each line connected to the phone system.  What do you mean by "still coming in on the main line when it's busy"? You don't want call waiting with a hunt group.  Sounds to me like your carrier isn't understanding what you want.
