VOIP Light Blinking Yellow - Don't Worry, You Still Have AT&T Voice Service
Learn why the light is blinking yellow and what to do
If you are upgrading your modem from the 210 to the BGW320, you may see a yellow light when making a call. While a yellow light may seem like a bad omen, not to worry, it does not indicate anything.
You can still make calls as normal. We will be updating the firmware in late Spring so the light is a more appealing color.
Having Trouble Making Calls or With the Internet?
If you have to have any trouble with voice or internet service, our recommendation is to reboot the modem. This is a quick fix in most instances. If a restart does not work, I recommend using our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool. It is easy to use and you can resolve most issues without having to talk to anyone.
