Relinquish Blanket easement
Hi There is currently a blanket easement in the parcel of vacant land I am purchasing. There is already an easement reserved for utility companies including AT&T but this blanket easement is a separate easement left from a parcel merge. I am asked by the city to contact AT&T to retrieve a letter stating no future equipments and infrastructure will be built in this easement in order to complete my purchase.
where and who can I contact to get this statement?

Sorry spoom. The Answer in topic was not useful. I need a contact within AT&T to send city documents to as the city is requiring a statement from utility company not owner.

The county didn't have the needed forms? The FAQ's didn't help? Can you provide more detail as to why the information didn't help.
