Need to remove abandoned telephone lines and poles from commercial property for new construction

Dead end/ abandoned telephone line and two poles need removed to proceed with new Derby KS, Panther Stadium construction. I work for a general contractor and need help pointed in the right direction on how to accomplish this. I.E. - contact person to help with this. This project is located in the wichita KS area.
