leaning telephone pole
A telephone pole is leaning in my backyard and as a result, the wires are close to my house's second floor.
Since this is not one of the automated options and your csr said they would transfer me to someone who could help (transferred me to wireless, lol how stupid), I need a number to call to have this problem resolved. Can you provide the illusive phone number please?

Well it's going to be the same number but tell them it's for downed or obstructed lines at the voice prompt say "line down" if you have an account. Follow the instructions in the link given.

That's the regional repair center, which usually you get a better response from. Maybe they can't handle pole issues. Main thing is you get your issue addressed.
