Broken AT&T utility pole

Hello, does anyone know who to contact about removing a broken utility pole from your driveway? I’ve called several times and made several work orders and it’s been almost a month and the broken pole is still in my driveway. Please help!

You say you've called the number for downed or obstructed lines. Did you follow the instructions for reporting them? If you did than file an FCC or BBB complaint that usually gets their attention.

The directions at that original link to report a downed pole / line don't even work.
