Wireless Home Phone IFWA40

Question

Hello, I have the Wireless Home Phone IFWA40 and I'm not able to make outgoing calls (fast busy) or receive incoming calls (straight to voicemail). I use the phone so someone can access my security door downstairs and I'd like to order pizza, ha ha ha!  I've tried contacting AT&T Support but no one seems to have an answer. Thank you!

No, I still can't make or receive calls. Fast busy when calling out and straight to voicemail for incoming calls. I do have dial tone

Have you reset it with the small push button? If that doesn't work try removing the battery and the power for a minute than reinstall battery and apply power. None of that works you'll need to report it. I assume it worked at one time

Thank you so much for your help! I just spoke with support and they were able to fix it. The IMEI and the ICCID on the SIM were mismatched. YES!!!!!
