Why my refund debit card doesnt work at all.

Just got the ATT refund debit card after cancelling service. I cant get the card activated by phone or by web . Using the number or URL provided. Now what do i do?

I was looking through some of my moms paper work as of June 8th, 2020 my mom is deceased.. I am over her Estate .. My sibling and I purchased Mama a cell phone between Apr-May for Mother’s Day and Mama was to receive a credit back !  So I have a debit card that NEVER was used !  How can I get this reinstated to use ?  TIA for your help .

@EstherEzernack This topic is a year old and a different issue. Have you called the number on the card? Other than that you could contact those where the order was placed. If this is still an active account you could use this link death in the family. This board is a user to user forum, not AT&T support. Closing to further posting.  If further assistance is needed please open your own topic and since this was for cell service you might be better served posting in the wireless forum.
