Why isn't my combined bill available on the webportal anymore?
My combined bill (wireline + wireless) is no longer visible on att.com and has not been since May. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get a copy but no one knows why its not there nor how to get the bill. I have talked to customer care, IMS, digital support, tech support and others but have not gotten a response other than "we don't know and we can't fix it". Is there like an ombudsman at ATT that could help here? I would like to continue getting copies of my bill electronically which does not seem unreasonable.

Escalate to a customer care executive by filling out the form, ignore the header and if that doesn't do the trick file an FCC complaint.

I'm having the same problem. It is a nightmare! I was told by a Customer Service Rep that Combined Billing was discontinued and that ATT uncombined my bill. I can't find my bills online. It's a mess and no one can help me....6+ hours of wasted time! I am afraid my cell phone will be disconnected for nonpayment. I will be travelling soon and I run my business remotely. I cannt have my phone disconnected! I need to be able to see or receive my bill!
How can I get a knowledgable person at ATT to help me?
