Why does it take 3 or even 4 people to get to someone that handles landline service ?
When I call AT&T to get help with my Landline, I always have to go through 3 or 4 people and everytime having to tell them my account info and go through the hole spill of what my issue is. I was on the phone yesterday from about 11 am till almost 3 pm its was HORRIBLE !! I was so stressed it ruined my hole day !! So I waited today to say something about it because it I had done it yesterday I would have not chosen my words very nicely!! To be such a huge company I would think they would be better organized !! And down below when it ask to put your topic in the box it has nothing about landline !

Landlines as such (POTS) are being phased out and once removed are no longer being offered in many locations, so the reps are not well versed on POTS service. Use this link to see what's available to you and use this link to order the service if it's available.
