Way overcharged on a quoted rate on a landline call
I've been going round and round with AT&T about a charge on my phone bill. I have called and called and they promised
adjustments and given a another amount on my bill, but nothing was done. They still show me $208.-- past due. Supervisors never call back. I'm to the point to file a complaint with the FCC and FTC. Especially with the FTC for
fraudulent info and charges. I will also write a letter to Mr. Stankey because I had it with these people on the phones
from AT&T who give you nothing but a bunch of (Edited per community guidelines). I have everything documented - along with the phony names they give
you when you talk to them.

Yes, that is what you should "file your complaint with FCC & FCT, as you have
reach a dead-end through normal channels of customer service.
If you do have the information documenting your contact with persons with in
AT&T company. As some time that is the only way to get it fixed!
