Not sure why this is posted in the Home Phone Forum, but I'd say call the number on your rewards card to see how.

To move your funds from your Prepaid Mastercard, as suggested by the ACE, please contact the number listed on the back of your card, or you can visit the website provided to request a bank transfer.
