Terminating Decades Old Landline, DSL, and DISH Service

I see nowhere on line to disconnect my decades old package of landline, DSL, and DISH network. Is that something that has to be called in? Moving in with a relative and no longer need service but would like to keep my email address they gave me many years ago, it's one of their sbcglobal.net addresses.

Call to cancel DSL & phone service.  1-800-288-2020

Call DISH to cancel that.

Yes you have to call in and when you do at the voice prompt say cancel service so you get to the correct group.

Just FYI, you can keep using your sbcglobal.net email address after you cancel.

Thank you everyone. As employees, my family has literally been part of Bell/AT&T since the 1930s with my mom's uncle who would be about 120 yrs old if he was around. Mom also was an employee as are both my now retired brother in laws.

My hats off to all of you who take the time and are interested in helping customers in these forums. Your participation says a lot about each of you and the AT&T family!

Thanks again and best wishes to all!
