Repeated 911 calls
My land line keeps calling 911 and the police show up twice a week for the past month. I disconnected the phone line outside my house. And it called 911 again! Who and how do I get ATT to look into this? The tech has been here twice and can’t find a problem. It must be a computer glitch at ATT.

I'm assuming a traditional landline. Correct? If so it's most likely a line problem. Is the line clear, no static or other noise? Does the phone ring normally or is it choppy or cuts off?

Thanks for replying. The tech ran a new line which still needs to be buried. Ringing and sound quality was normal.
