Refund due, sent via preloaded Mastercard, after 1 month of phone calls
Gross overpayment ( >$1K) in December, multiple phone calls with no resolution. Then out of the blue, this card arrives with my refund. Only glitch....can't register it, therefore can't access it. How convenient of AT&T. They're nothing but a company of thieves. Disgusted with AT&T.

We are here to assist with your prepaid MasterCard inquiry, @PMFields.
What error message are you getting when trying to register the AT&T MasterCard? This will better assist us with looking into any possible backend errors.
We recommend checking your email as there should be an email with instructions on how to activate your prepaid gift card.
Furthermore, we recommend contacting the phone number on the back of the card if you are unable to find the email.
Please let us know if this information was helpful.

The errors varied, based on how far I was able to get in the process. Some of the messages were (1) invalid card number (2) invalid 3 digit code (3) you timed out (4) screen froze had to restart (5) User name already in use-regardless of what I entered (6) routing number invalid (7) and on and on and on. Attempted to login to website. Company has changed names and I was redirected to a new site. Called number on back of card, got a phone tree that connected to nowhere. I carefully followed the directions that came with the card and very meticulously entered card number/security code, etc. It took me hours to get to the point I could transfer these funds to my checking account. AT&T should be ashamed to be using such a dismal company as North Lane. However, it is a slick method for discouraging people from obtaining their refund. I have been an AT&T customer for over 20 years and now regret ever doing business with AT&T.
