No phone service on landline

After the tech left we have no landline phone service at 608 221 9520

If you have a traditional landline (POTS) test from the NID with a known working corded phone and if bad at the NID turn in a trouble report. If this is AT&T Phone (digital service) try resetting your modem.

Not knowing what the tech did… does your phone service connect to the gateway (phone on same bill as internet) If yes, is the phone light lit solid on the gateway front panel?

If no, have POTS service (separate billing), did the tech perform a port swap which moves you to different connection(s) generally for faster speed upgrade. If yes the tech did not move the jumper from F1 to VRAD IN port. This would require another dispatch to correct wiring at the CrossBox.
