No phone service for two weeks

Have been unable to receive Uverse or ATT Wireless phone calls for nearly two weeks.  17 phone calls to AT&T have not restored service.

One should have nothing to do with the other. On your AT&T Phone (Old U-verse) does the Internet work? Have you tried resetting the gateway? More detail as to how this ties into your wireless service. If it's affecting all your services sounds like a billing issue.

You are right.  This really is two separate issues and will require two separate interventions.  What I have learned is that swapping phone numbers between two ATT accounts requires two separate service orders, not just one.

Uverse internet continues to work.

The phone line does not work.  No dial tone. No calls in or out. No voice mail. Resetting the Gateway has no impact, though internet service always restored. Some of the 17 service representatives said that there were network issues that effected other users as well as me, but do network issues persist for two weeks?

Regarding ATT Wireless,  internet works well. There is a dial tone and I can call out. No calls can be received. No voice mail.

There's really nothing anyone on this forum can do sounds like you placed an order and things got messed up.
