No dial tone on digital phone. Just static.

No dial tone on digital phone. Just static.

Unplugged from gateway. Line in use goes away. Plug back in line in use comes back. Unplugged all phones. Line in use comes back. But now get a fast beeping sound when I try to use a phone.
