My bill is not correct, where is my promotion?

My promotions were on my account in July, taken off and then put back on my social media manager for internet and phone for 49.99 plus tax. I wouldn't of changed from DSL to uverse. Now taken back off. Please help fix this. I cant go through this for two years.

A guy (manager) told me today after August 31 manager put in my correct rate. Last credit I will receive. Sorry people told me wrong. This is wrong!!!! My first bill was correct... They need to find a way to credit this and give customers what was promised to them. Especially for switching. It is like a trap.

If you say wait till i speak to supervisor on tuesday, dont change my plan....why does it change anyway and bill double instead if fixing the mistake. Im forced into a contract to pay $240 if i cancel. This is entrapment. Fix the first mistake.....dont add another one.
