I want to De-combine or Un-combine the combined billing that I have.

I have a Residential (Personal/Non-business) Landline account which has combined billing with my Business Wireless account. The combined billing has been in place for ~20 years. I want to De-combine or Un-combine these accounts so that I can receive separate statements and pay the Landline with personal funds and pay the Business Wireless with business funds. I have spent more than three hours being bounced around between various agents in the Phillippines, USA, and probably Puerto Rico. None of these agents have been able to direct me to the correct department which can accomplish this simple task. Please let me know who I should contact to get this done. I can provide all of the account numbers and other information, if needed, in a private message. Thanks!
