How to cancel

How on earth do I cancel this service (and TV too?) I can find just about everything else, but canceling seems to be hidden in order to make it difficult to cancel? If the service were competitive and good they wouldn't have to use deceptive and unethical means to keep you paying.

You must call to cancel. You can’t cancel online if that’s where you are looking.

This is crazy. Every time I call or try to use the chat I get sent everywhere and it takes me like 15-30 minutes (sometimes never cause the chat stays frozen at “connecting to an agent”). I have waited long enough. Also why does it take so long for you guys to apply my affordable care act credit to my bill. I was approved back in November why is my bill so high??? It was over 600 and I just paid 400 still have another 200 balance. The last agent said she would take a look at it but haven’t heard back from anyone . I'm so tired of calling about this. Please cancel my account and set me up with a payment plan to pay off my devices. And please for the love of God prorate what you owe me in the balance.
