How can I consolidate several ATT logins - to manage my account?

Seems I have too many logins for AT&T.  One may have been for my original UVerse account.  Another one is a Group ID from when I linked several numbers into one login.  Another one is for my primary email account.  That account also has 3-4 separate email accounts (for my wife, children, etc.). It's hit or miss whether the "ATT site" or "ATT app" I use will accept a login or not.  On top of that, I linked my mother's home TV account (she's 93 yrs old, living alone, no internet or email) onto my account.  I need some help to clean up this mess and set up ONE LOGIN where I can manage everything.  Frequently, when I log in via PC, I will get the message "Looks like you've tried to sign in unsuccessfully too many times".  HELP PLEASE!

Hey there Marsh511, we want to help you combine all your IDs to one login. 


Do you have more than one ID for accounts or services in myAT&T? Learn how to combine them to one ID for easy access.


Make sure you have all your IDs and passwords ready before you start.
Keep in mind, combining IDs doesn’t combine your bills or bundle your services. It just lets you access multiple accounts with a single ID and password.

  1. Go to your myAT&T Profile.
  2. Scroll to Account settings and select Linked accounts.
  3. Choose Link another account.
  4. Select the service you want to link.
  5. Follow the prompts to complete the process. We’ll give you helpful pointers along the way

Want to manage another account with your ID? This won’t combine your bills or bundle your services. It just gives you easy access with a single ID and password.


You can link these accounts to an ID you already have: wireless, DIRECTV, DIRECTV STREAM, U-verse TV, AT&T Internet, Fixed Wireless Internet, DSL, AT&T Phone, Landline - home phone, and AT&T Mail.


Link one or more accounts

  1. Go to My linked accounts in myAT&T.
  2. Select Link another account. We’ll look for other IDs or accounts that belong to you.
  3. If you don’t see the account you want to link, choose Search for it now. Or, take one of these steps:
  4. Enter more info to prove your identity, if asked.
  5. If we find the account on another ID, you can:
    • Combine the other ID with the one you used to sign in..
    • Sign in with the other ID.
    • Give account details to get second-person online access right away.
    • Ask the account owner for second-person online access.
Once you complete the steps, we may send you a one-time code. Enter this code to finish linking the accounts.
