Getting mail re: Your profile has changed; Offline Passcode
What is an Offline Passcode? We have no idea what's in a Profile or what we apparently? changed the Passcode to.
Will call if need be, but thought posting here would be easier.

This is a user to user forum, have no idea what passcode or service you're trying to address. If you're talking email than this need to be addressed in the Internet forum.

I can run a search on Passcode again (there were only about 9 hits) but I figured you could look up your own posts. All you told him/her was to probably contact Customer Sercie, etc.
