I am still seeing my Father's PAST DUE bill and need to know why?  I went into the store off of buckeye pkwy in Grove City with the original death certificate and the gentleman that I spoke with took a copy of this doc and said that bill would be taken off of his bill and wiped clean.  I have the docs w the bar code and equipment to drop off but not with this outstanding bill that's over $618.  My Father got COVID beginning of Jan and passed away Feb 9th.  So, I hope that you can please contact me at your earliest convenience at either (edited as per community guidelines) or [email scrubbed].  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation re this matter.

This is a public forum of other customers. Be prepared for an increase in scam and telemarketer calls and emails as you posted that personal info for the world to see.

Sorry for your loss. You will need to call AT&T to have the account closed and to verify the documentation was received.

As for "cancel this forum thing", you can go into the notification settings in your profile to opt out of specific threads. To cancel out of the forum all together would also be under your profile.

As a caution, I wouldn't use the "Chat" option. Bad quality of info lately (possibly outsourced) and customer support doesn't get to see those transcripts.
