After spending a long time trying to figure out why the lights on the AT&T box lit up, but the Network Status Indictor and Signal Strength lights were not, we took the box to an AT&T store to get help. Found out by pressing the "Reset Button" with a tiny pin, that cleared it and was able to get my home phone connection back. I didn't see that instruction in the Uses Guide.
