Being charged for a phone I don't have
So I've been with att for a while now and they've been charging me excessively. I only signed up for internet, but they are charging me for a phone line that I don't have. I know I made it very clear when signing up that I didn't want or need a phone line, but they are charging me for it anyway. Calling the number to cancel does not work because I don't even have a phone number associated with the line. I have no clue what to do but I'm tired of paying almost double for a service I don't have at all.

How do you know?
Did you try?
If you are being charged for AT&T Phone VOIP on your Internet bill, then you don't need a phone number to cancel it (although it would have a number, even if you don't know what it is).

Plug a phone into the phone port of the modem and call your cell, than you'll have the number.
